Do I need to have the cabinets installed before digital measurement?
Yes, all cabinets or surfaces must be securely installed and leveled before our technician can take accurate measurements. This ensures precise templates and eliminates errors during fabrication.
What formats do you provide after templating?
We provide DXF and PDF files by default. Optional add-ons include CNC-ready DXF files and 3D models for visualization or advanced fabrication needs.
How long does it take to receive the files after measurement?
Standard turnaround is 24 hours. Rush services are available within 12 hours, depending on project scope and technician availability.
What technology do you use for measurement?
We use Prodim Proliner and LT-2D3D Laser Templators, along with optional LiDAR scanning for complex environments and architectural modeling.
What if I need changes after the files are delivered?
Minor revisions are free within 72 hours of delivery. After that, a small revision fee may apply, depending on the extent of the changes.
Can you measure and design for both residential and commercial projects?
Yes, we work on a wide range of projects—kitchens, bathrooms, fireplaces, glass enclosures, marine interiors, and custom furniture—for both homeowners and commercial clients.
What do your base services include?
Our base package includes DXF and PDF files, job site photos, sink drop-in specs, and a customer approval signature for production verification.
Do you offer 3D renderings or material placement previews?
Yes, our design team offers detailed 3D visualizations, material previews, and cut layouts to help you visualize the project before fabrication begins.
